The Advisor Team has been led by Jon S. Frank for over 20 years.  Jon is a former health care executive with extensive knowledge of health care delivery.  Jon's recommendations have helped companies of all sizes stay competitive while providing comprehensive programs for employees.  His areas of expertise include benefit plan design and financing, legislative compliance, employee communications and automated benefit administration.  Jon received his B.A. from Western Maryland College in 1972 and his Master's Degree in Healthcare Management from Central Michigan University in 1977.  He is board certified in Health Care Management by the American College of Health Care Executives receiving his Certified Healthcare Executive (CHE) designation from the college in 1982 and Fellowship designation in 2007. In 2008, Jon was honored with induction into the Maryland Health Underwriters Hall of Fame.

 

 

Lance Cassidy brought his passion for delivering exceptional solutions to employers to Jon S. Frank & Associates in 2006, after 13 years with a prominent Mid Atlantic health insurance carrier, MAMSI Health Plans. As Regional Sales Director in the Annapolis and Baltimore sales offices of MAMSI, Lance was responsible for a staff of 30 and a $200 million dollar book of business. Lance’s leadership at Jon S. Frank & Associates has contributed to growth beyond the Southern Maryland region to a solid statewide presence and client base. A graduate of Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, Lance currently resides in Annapolis. Lance continues to broaden his perspective through membership in the Society for Human Resource Management.

 

 

 

 

Kyle Morrow joined Jon S. Frank & Associates in 2004 after graduating from Salisbury University with a BS in Finance. His enthusiasm and tireless efforts have been instrumental to the phenomenal growth of the CareFlex Benefit Card over the past 5 years. Kyle’s expertise in plan design and administration are valuable in increasing plan participation and understanding among participants.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Doug Milne has over 30 years of combined experience in management, budget and investment activities. Both in the private and governmental sectors, he has been responsible for organizing, analyzing, and developing plans and projects for high level decision makers within the Department of Defense. After completing a military career of 24 years, he transitioned to the financial services business with Equitable Insurance Company specializing in Pension Planning, Investments, and Disability Income programs for businesses. Since joining Jon S. Frank & Associates in April 1997, he has been responsible for developing group life and disability programs including innovative voluntary plans. Doug is also very active in the community, having served as Ambassador to the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce, past President of the Calvert County Lion's Club, House Captain for Christmas in April 1998, and a member of the Charitable Giving Committee for Calvert Memorial Hospital.

 

 

Our dedicated and experienced Account Management Team led by Vice President Ann Simms, is fully licensed and able to provide our clients with whatever they need. The team averages 14 years of health insurance experience. We are proud of the many compliments this group garners.

 

 

The CareFlex Team has managed new business growth well while consistently providing old fashioned customer service. Managed by Wendy Murray, this cohesive unit’s members are experts in administering the multiple design solutions possible with our Benefits Card and providing guidance to Employers and Cardholders with confidence and courtesy.
